1. PAYPAL PAYMENT PROCESSOR
If you choose to subscribe to the Travel Agent Collective membership, we may collect credit card or additional payment information from you. However, it is important to note that we do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as ‘PayPal.’ Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in PayPal’s own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.
The payment processor, ‘PayPal’, may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make payments requests with. The payment processor ‘PayPal’ may also provide us with information such as your name, credit card type, expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card number. This information is used only to make single payment requests, or register the user for an ongoing subscription that requires automatic payments in the future.
In addition, Travel Agent Collective may also request and receive any payment history between the user and Travel Agent Collective.
2. FACEBOOK CONVERSION PIXELS
We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc., (“Facebook”) on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook.
